Management Tool Kit Publication Announced
The Management Tool Kit will shortly be published. Our estimated date of delivery will be September 5th, 2002. The Tool Kit is a resource that will be offered to relevant training institutions, companies, entrepreneurs and other partners interested in management development and in-company training. Interested parties are invited to request a copy from the Project Manager: Philip Ammerman, by sending a request by email to: NavigatorDCI@aol.com.
ETF Tenders Phase III of Partnership Project

"Ensuring Competitiveness through Management Development": Project Conference in Ukraine, June 25th, 2002
The ETF, in conjunction with NAVIGATOR Consulting Group, organised a highly successful project in Kyiv entitled "Ensuring Competitiveness through Management Development". The conference was aimed at the corporate and educational sectors of Ukraine, and attracted over 90 participants. Keynote speakers included Mr. Andrew Seton of the EBRD; Pavlo Sheremeta of KMBS; Dr. Tatyana Trofimova of ETF and others.
ETF Project showcased at the "Training for Enterprise Development" Conference at Lake Issy Kul, Kyrgyzstan on June 13-14, 2002
Philip Ammerman and Janna Fortmann of NAVIGATOR Consulting Group presented the results of the ETF's "Strengthening of Partnership between Management Development Institutions and Companies" at the TED Conference at Lake Issy Kul. The presentation included a review of the Management Tool Kit; main trends in management development in Central Asia; and a presentation by Butya Company of Kazakhstan on the implementation of the project in their company.
